TERMS + CONDITIONS
By agreeing to join our Wolfe Pack, you are committing to a one-year membership term. Wolfe Pack shipments will be automatically charged to your credit card on file every quarter.
Please note the following terms:
- All members must be 21 years or older.
- To utilize Wolfe Pack benefits at our tasting room, the Wolfe member must be present.
- Members are responsible for notifying us of any changes to billing or shipment information.
- Wine selections are available for 30 days after the Wolfe Pack release or while supplies last.
- An adult signature is required for all wine shipments.
- Wolfe members are responsible for any charges incurred for redirected or returned shipments.
- If you choose to pick up at our tasting room, you have 60 days; otherwise, your wine will be shipped, and your card on file will be charged for shipping costs.
- Memberships canceled before the fourth shipment will incur a $100 early termination fee.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through the online account 30 days before the next upcoming shipment.
- Wolfe Heights Estates reserves the right to modify benefits and membership terms at any time.
