We offer a variety of packages to best suit your unique needs and preferences. Prices are subject to the space, date, and time needed, as well as the number of guests. Our wedding season operates from the first weekend in April to the first weekend in November. Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a picturesque gazebo overlooking the vineyards, this charming space offers a delightful retreat. Comfortably accommodating up to 6 people, it’s the ideal accommodation for bridesmaids, groomsmen, or family members seeking a serene and stylish stay.   • Bridal Suite Access: Enjoy up to four hours in our luxurious Bridal Suite before the ceremony.

  • Ceremony and Reception Spaces: Use of our enchanting Ceremony Space, Reception Courtyard, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

  • Tavern-Style Bar: Access to our well-equipped bar setup (Note: Alcohol and bar service are not included).

  • Tables and Chairs: Set the scene with 72-inch round tables and chairs for your guests.

  • Prep Kitchen Access: Utilize our state-of-the-art prep kitchen, complete with a hot box, ice machine, and refrigeration. (Note: On-site cooking is not available unless special arrangements are made prior to signing the contract.)

  • Parking Facilities: Take advantage of our 105 paved and lighted parking spaces for your guests, with additional Vineyard Parking available for larger weddings.

  • Onsite Venue Manager: A dedicated Day-of Venue Manager will collaborate with your Day-of Wedding Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of your wedding day.

  • Facility Maintenance: Benefit from day-of trash and bathroom porter services to maintain cleanliness throughout your celebration.

    • Alcohol Restrictions: Please note that due to our Liquor License regulations, only beer and wine are allowed to be served onsite.

    • Wine Purchases: All wine for your event must be purchased through Wolfe Heights Winery to waive the $3.50/person Beverage Service Charge.

    • Wine Tasting Opportunity: Couples are invited to taste our available red, white, and sparkling wines six weeks before the wedding during the final venue walk-through.

    • Beer Procurement: Beer is to be purchased offsite and brought in by the wedding party. It is not included in any catering package.

    • Ceremony Start Times: For Friday and Saturday ceremonies, you have the flexibility to start anywhere between 4:00 PM and 5:30 PM.

    • Venue Rental Hours: On Fridays and Saturdays, the venue rental concludes at 11:00 PM. Music must conclude by 10:00 PM to adhere to the Sacramento County Noise Ordinance.

At Wolfe Heights, we prioritize the quality and safety of your event, particularly in the realm of catering. Therefore, we mandate that vendors must be approved, ensuring proper food handling and possession of the necessary licenses. Our objective is to deliver the highest standard of culinary excellence.

Vendors not listed on our preferred vendor list require pre-approval from the Wolfe Heights Event Manager. Additionally, they must conduct an on-site tour of the venue before the event, guaranteeing a seamless and successful execution of your special day. For a comprehensive list of our preferred vendors, kindly contact our Venue Coordinator.

Our Venue Coordinators are available to schedule venue meetings upon request. They are here to guide you through the event process, assist with vendor selections, and ensure the lead-up to your event is smooth and successful.

Please be aware that our Venue Coordinator is not an Event/Wedding Planner. We recommend appointing an event planner, at least for the day of your event, to ensure a stress-free day. As Wolfe Heights is a gated estate, appointments can be scheduled via phone or email for your convenience.

Opting for vendors from our preferred list is a strategic choice to enhance the success of your event. These caterers are familiar with our space and regularly operate within it, ensuring a more seamless experience. Choosing a caterer from our list provides a level of confidence in their ability to navigate and utilize our venue effectively.

If you opt for a caterer not on our list, they must be approved by the Wolfe Heights Manager. This approval includes ensuring they carry the appropriate licenses and insurance, and they must adhere to our house rules for clean-up and operation while working at our venue.

Our professional serving pantry is designed to accommodate your caterer, offering ample space for assembly and service. Complete with temperature-controlled holding devices, electrical outlets, a refrigerator, prep sink, and waste receptacles, this well-equipped space ensures your chef can efficiently create and serve your exquisite menu.
