Upcoming Shipments + Membership Changes

Q: When will I be notified about an upcoming shipment?
A: An email notification will be sent to you 2 weeks prior to shipment.

Q: Can I switch clubs before in the middle of a quarter? 
A: Yes you can switch from one club to another at any time prior to shipment

Q: When would the change in clubs take place?
A: The club change takes place as soon as you make the change online. You can also contact us and we do it for you

Shipping + Pick-Ups:

Q: Do you ship your wines? Is there an additional fee?
A: Yes, we offer shipping as an option for club members, and the shipping cost will be added to your club subscription cost.

Q: How do you ship your wines?
A: We ship using ground transportation

Q: What if I need my wine shipment mailed to a different address than what is on file?
A: Please notify us of any address changes before club selections are processed for shipping.

Q: If I choose to have my wine shipped, and I am not home when it arrives, can someone else sign for me?
A: Yes, someone else can sign for you, BUT they must be at least 21 years old. If you are unsure as to whether or not you will be around, you may want to have your wine shipped to a business address to ensure an adult will be able to sign for you.

Q: I just received my confirmation email that my wines shipped and realized I need to update my address. What do I do?
A: Please contact us at info@wolfeheights.com to have someone try to update or reroute your order. If your shipment has already shipped, the original order will need to be sent back to us and a new order will need to be sent out. Please note that the member is responsible for any charges incurred for redirect or return shipments.

Q: What if my work does not allow me to have packages delivered?
A: You will need to select an address that allows packages to be delivered or pickup at the winery. We will have pickup parties that will be exclusive for our members.

Q: If I choose to pick up my shipment, how long will it be held for me?
A: If you have elected to pick up your shipment at our tasting room, you have 60 days to do so, otherwise, you will be shipped, and the cost of shipping will be billed to your card on file.

Customizations

Q: Can you share/give any of your complimentary tastings with a friend/family member?
A: With prior arrangements we can accommodate those requests.

Q: What if I am unable to attend the pickup party? Can I send a friend or family member in my place?
A: If you notify us with the name and information of the person picking up for you we can arrange for them to pickup

Q: Can more than one person’s name be on the club membership? (ie. a significant other)
A: Unfortunately, our system does not have that ability but we can add them to the notes and allow them to enjoy the same benefits.

Q2:If so, can both people receive the club updates via email?
A: We are unable to have to emails for the club update unfortunately.

Q: Can you swap out any of the preselected wines before your shipment?
A: Currently our Designer Club is the only club with the ability to fully customize a shipment.

Commitments 

Q: What is the minimum membership length of time?
A: One Year (4 quarters)

Q: Is there a cancellation fee if I decided I no longer want to be a member?
A: Memberships cancelled before the 4th shipment will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.

Q: How often will I be charged?
A: All wine club shipments are automatically charged to your credit card on file each quarter (every 3 months).
