Return Policy

Defective Products:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we’re here to help.

Defective products are eligible for return and exchange for store credit. Please contact our customer service team at 916-642-1234 within 3 days of receiving the defective item to initiate the return process.

To qualify as defective, the product must exhibit manufacturing faults or flaws that significantly impact its functionality or appearance.

Returns will be accepted only upon inspection and approval by our quality control team. Once approved, you will receive store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the defective item.

Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website.


Non-Defective Products:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.

Please ensure that you carefully review product details, specifications, and sizing information before making a purchase.


Ticket Sales:

Tickets purchased for events are non-refundable.

However, we understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend an event, you may request a credit to be applied to your account for future purchases.

To qualify for a credit, you must notify us at least 10 days before the scheduled event date.

Credits will be issued in the form of store credit and can be used towards the purchase of tickets for future events. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual.

All returns and credit requests are subject to approval by our customer service team.

Original proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required for processing returns or credit requests.

Shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
